We are committed to total customer satisfaction. That's why have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Keep in mind, the photos are representative of the item(s) you will receive but are not the actual item(s). The item(s) you receive may differ slightly in condition or appearance from the representative photos but will be substantially the same in terms of their condition, appearance and functionality.
To start a return, you can contact us at outdoorextremegear26@gmail.com, send pictures of your items and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted you are responsible for the return shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
